Our company uses polycrystalline diamond with cobalt as the raw material. It is a synthetic diamond that has been issued in China in recent years and is a product imitating imported polycrystalline diamond. It is based on silicon-based diamond and has enhanced hardness and density. The crystallinity is more uniform, the molecular arrangement structure is more reasonable, and the grain loss and roughness are reduced. This product is produced under high temperature and high pressure, so the temperature resistance is as high as 1200°C,which is a better product to replace imported polycrystalline. It not only has the wear resistance and hardness of natural diamond, but also has good out-of-roundness. Its fine particle crystal provides higher brightness for the finished wire. Suitable for drawing or threading dies with small and medium wire diameters.

This type of diamond contains a certain amount of nitrogen impurities(on the order of 0.1 percent),and these nitrogen impurities aggregate into small aggregates. It also contains small pieces(related to nitrogen impurities).The exact structure of these small pieces is currently unknown.
